These terms & conditions apply an all services directly or indirectly. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform “Platform”, or by completing a booking you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms & Conditions set out below.
These Terms & Conditions may be changes or modified in from time to time in whole or in portion without prior notice. Use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
The content of any infrastructure of this Platform and the online Salon booking service provided in this Platform are owned and operated and provided by “ARAK Technical Activities S.P.C”, “Us”, “We” , or “Our” and your use is subject to the Terms & Conditions set out below.
Through the Platform, our Partners (Salons & Spas) are provided with an online service through which all types of salon services are advertised for booking, and, simultaneously, offers the visitors of the Platform (the “Customers”) the ability to directly book their salon services with any partner. By making a booking through SALONKOM you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Partner at which you book. We act solely as the as an intermediary between you and the Partner.
The Partner information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the Partners. The partners are responsible for updating all prices, availability and other information that is displayed on our Platform. We are not held responsible for any errors, inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information.
Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only, not for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, use, copy, display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our Platform. The Partners are solely responsible for the quality and performance of the services. We are only responsible for providing the Platform.
The online payment gateways available on the Platform (“Payment Gateways”) are owned and operated by a third party payment provider. We will take reasonable care to ensure that the online payment Gateway is available and functioning at all time, but cannot guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access to such payment Gateways. The Partners and customers both agree that, we Are not responsible whatsoever for the services of the payment Gateways providers.
The customers agree that under no circumstances whatsoever will he/she bring a claim against us for the services of the Payment Gateways or the Partners.
If you chose to pay online, you must retain a copy of the transaction records. You will also receive it by email or sms.
If you are a registered user, you will have your record of bookings in the application.
Any customer can access the Platform when available online. We can put the Platform offline due to any reason we may deem appropriate or amend its content and services without notice. We will not be held responsible if the Platform or any part of it will not be available at any time or for any period. The customer is solely responsible for any access to the Platform made by third parties with his/her credentials.
You undertake that all data provided by you on the Platform is true, complete and accurate. You are personally responsible for any misuse of the Platform; we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any registration or log in data to the Platform in case of user misuse of the Platform as well as taking legal action as and when needed. The user agrees that we will not be liable to the user or any third party for any termination of his/her access to the Platform.
You can reschedule or cancel the booking you have made directly from the Platform “before 12hrs” of the original booking time.
No cash refund will be done for online payments, instead the money will be credited to the user’s credit/debit card account within 7 working days, after deducting the penalty of 25% as cancellation fees. The prices of the services are displayed on the Platform and may vary from time to time upon exclusive decision of the Partner.
We may contain advertising submitted by the third parties. Such third parties are solely responsible for the content of such advertising. We shall not be held responsible for the content of any third party advertising. Our Platform is not associated or affiliated to such sites or accounts.
We are not responsible whatsoever for the services provided by the Partner. We are not responsible whatsoever for the online Payment Gateways. We may, at our sole discretion, operate the Platform as we deem necessary. Under no circumstances whatsoever will we liable for any indirect damage, consequential damage or moral damage.
The user agrees not to use the Platform to interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform, violate any applicable laws or regulations or impersonate any person or entity.
These Terms & conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Bahraini Laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the Bahraini Laws. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable you shall be bound by all other provisions.
